
Marketing Specialist (Event Planner)
Job description
1.Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of offline events, including product launch events, press conferences, and dealer promotional activities.
2.Dealer Support: Provide hands-on marketing support and materials to our network of dealerships for their local events and sales campaigns.
3.Vendor Management: Source, liaise with, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for brand collateral and promotional materials.
4.Production Oversight: Oversee the entire production process of marketing materials, from concept and design to printing and delivery, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for events and material production to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Skills
We are looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Specialist to develop and execute impactful offline marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and support our sales network.
1.Minimum of 1 year of marketing or event coordination experience within the automotive industry.
2.Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
3.Experience in vendor negotiation and management.
4.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5.Willingness to travel to event locations as needed.
