Job description
Keeping and coordinating activities of receiving, storing, loading, off-loading material, issuing supplies and orders, and compiling records of supply transactions, in a manner that ensuring proper handling at the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, and delivery documents.
- Coordinate internal transfers and shipment exits.
- Follow up with drivers and shipping offices to ensure orders reach customers.
- Inspect goods for quantity and quality before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions
Skills
- Proficiency in logistics and shipping software (SAP, ERP, Excel).
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and customs compliance.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication with clients and carriers.
- Attention to detail in documentation.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
